I have had my vehicle at Sarek twice. The service, quality of repair, timeliness and dedication to their work is second to none in the Richmond area. I travel frequently, and Sarek is one of three service centers nationwide that I trust my car with. They are truly legendary!

I've had a lot of problems with a 2000 D2, some out of the norm, and Sarek has been able to fix them all. From minor maintenance to major breakdowns requiring a tow, they've kept me on the road (and able to get to work). Great shop and people.

Sarek Autowerke came through for me in a bind. I live out of town and was visiting Richmond for the weekend when my car broke down. They collected the car for me, had it towed to their shop and fixed the problem in a couple days. They nailed the diagnosis and the repair better than the BMW dealer that I usually use. Very impressed with their service!

I found them to be extremely accurate in their assessment of the condition of the car. They quoted me to work I thought might need to be done, and were extremely fair on everything they did. If they found work that they did not need to do it was not performed, and I was called and told about that. We had an incredible experience with your shop and will certainly babe be back.Five stars top shelf.
