Since buying my used 2002 convertible I have taken it to the shop based on a recommendation. They have always been very honest and trusting on taking care of the care. Issues have always been discussed and resolved in a timely manner Customer service and staff have always been polite and very knowledgeable in regards to required work.. I would recommend them to any one I know which owns a BMW and wants to get away from the dealer up selling; this is the place to go.

I stopped in to have a headlight checked that was not working. They were able to immediately look at it without an appt. and ordered a new xenon bulb that was installed a few hours later. Really appreciate the quick service!
