Ralf Sarek and service representative Jon were both very professional and took the time to explain each and every issue that my 2000 Land Rover Discovery Series II had. I could tell they truly cared as much as I do about the car. Furthermore, the technician who worked on my car knew the unique problems, (with Disco's) and best, least expensive, quality repairs actually saving me unnecessary expense, (which I have experienced at dealerships).
