Yesterday was my first experience using this shop! I was very impressed BG how knowledge the team was. When I dropped my 2006 BMW off and described the issues I was having with the car the technician knew almost immediately what my issue was. I love the report that’s emailed over to me that explained all issues needing to be resolved with my and they are color coded by importance. One of my favorite things about the experience was that after hours pick up has lock boxes for key pick up so I didn’t have to rush to grab the car nor did I have to worry about leaving my car unlocked. They were awesome. Priced fairly. I was extremely happy and I can’t thank them enough for the outstanding experience. Car trouble is stressful enough but they truly made it pleasant. Jeff & Jon is like to specifically thank because I can be difficult at times they were both kind, informative and extremely knowledge when it came to my car. It’s running like a dream after having already been to 3 other shops! Thanks so much

Roy Stevenson had worked on my classic British cars, 1955 TR2, 1960 Frogeye Sprite, 1964 Spitfire(since sold) and my 1968 Mini Cooper, since he was with Sportscar Workshop and afterwards when he was on his own and he kept all the cars running well; I look forward to him continuing to keep them all running well now that he has joined you all at Sarek Autowerke. By the way your shop looked great! The work on converting the suspension my 1968 Mini Cooper mkII turned out to be a bigger job than I had imagined so the total cost was somewhat higher than I had anticipated! However it had to be done to get the car back on the road and so far on the 70 mile drive home everything ran just great. I will keep in touch in case any new issues arise.

I had a great experience. Jon was great. He treated my vehicle like it was his own. He and other staff that I came in contact with were very professional and caring. They used quality factory parts as well, yes its more expensive than other repair companies but that is expected with the vehicles they repair. Again great experience.
